There is nothing better than this music video to brighten up this weekend’s cold rainy days of Winter. Cape Town-based artist and musician Johnny Neon launched a tune called Hearts which became quiet viral in the past few days around the blogosphere. I am a huge fan of his 80′s synthesizers and vintage electronic inspiration. Don’t forget to check his music video:

Van Noten Year

2012 is the Year of the Dragon, and also Van Noten’s year. A fabulous collection presented in Paris, the Fashion capital since Paul Poiret, heavily influenced by chinoiseries and Dries’s contemporary vision. Oversized tunics, long breezy skirts, and tailored trousers defined a fluid and sharp collection.

For someone as me who only finds minimalism as the prevailing design style in Fashion, I’ve never been as excited as I am today after seeing Dolce & Gabbana’s collection presented in Milano. The designers had to find deep in their baroque Sicilian roots to come up with an opulent and romantic collection as never seen before. Take a look at these ravishing ornaments and details, sparkled with golds and pearls. This is flamboyant!
