Erdem, Prada, Fendi, Gucci, Versace

A sunny day is always paired with a good pair of sunglasses. Either at the beach or in the streets, it’s the perfect accessory to protect your eyes from the summer’s UV or simply play Holly Golightly on a Sunday brunch. The Spring/Summer 2010 season was filled with loads of glamorous sunglasses but also some eccentric ones. As usual Italian playmakers such as Fendi, Gucci, Prada and Versace show their savoir-faire with luxuriant and jet-set-friendly shades. On the other hand, I was disappointed to see Vivienne Westwood showing low-profile this season. But Londonian designers Erdem and Giles, and the French designer Sonia Rykiel stole the show with some bizarre and eccentric frames. Anyway, whatever you have in mind there is something for you!
