When too much is too much

When asking what I thought of eight iconic top models posing nude for a stunning teaser of a famous magazine cover, I totally fell for that. But when Love Magazine is full of blatant nudity, the more I see it the more I dislike it. Too much unnecessary nudity for the sake of catching the attention of readers, come on… Even if nudity can be a fashionable and artistic way of expression, in this photoshoot by Alas & Piggot, only I see a blurry line between an Helmut Newton tribute and a Playboy issue. Using nudity to sell a paper is not doing it for me, there is plenty of people doing it already since Internet is among us. I believe there are innovative ways to make a stunning editorial.

I have no intent to post more photos of this issue, however I could not close that topic without telling you that Daria’s photos totally turned me on. Probably the best pictures in the list, the photos are highly emotional (that is to say artistic) added to the fact that it’s probably Daria’s first shoot showing her full naked body without trying to hide any parts of it.
