The team at V Magazine sent me a sneak preview this morning of “The size issue” due January 14, 2010. The issue #63 promises to be “big” with unexpected editorials. While we already know that the plus-size model Crystal Renn will be featured for the release of her book “Hungry”. Crystal will also appear in an editorial alongside the new girl Jacquelyn Jablonski from the recent Fashion Week, in identical looks, matching same size outfits and poses. We can’t really compare both models when knowing that Jacquelyn is a 32/24/34 body type, but this editorial shows that great outfits can flatter anyone. This new issue sounds promising and may restore the image a little of an industry that had struggled for a longtime with weight issues.
