When I posted about Jimmy Choo’s Spring/Summer collection photographed by Terry Richardson and with model Angela Lindvall, I said the campaign was “Hot & Sexy”. For Fall/Winter 2009 line’s campaign, the tandem paired up once again and these ads are at the same level or even better, sleek and wonderful.
This F/W ‘09 Collection seems to be inspired by the punk-rock period – remember the Sex Pistols – the shoes and accessories feature studs, rivets, buckles and snakeskin leather. The collection overall appears in a classic black and white mix, with some splash of vibrant pink on animal prints (see the Jazz stilettos at the bottom of the article).
I feel the collection is more complete than last season’s, you will find thigh high boots launched during the recent Fashion Weeks, biker boots, studded heels, more laces and leather.
Feeling like in a rock star mood, and ready to take the road for new adventures? Don’t let the recession turn you away from these shoes that will probably last in your closet for more than 2 seasons!
